What type of wood is used?
Real wood. Every piece is made of high-quality hard and soft woods that are locally sourced and milled.
How are your designs made?
Each design takes anywhere from 6-8 hours to produce. This usually begins with the graphic designing process. Once a graphic is produced it is converted into a code that can be read by our machinery.
Wood is then carefully selected, milled, in our shop to the exact specifications and then the design is routed into the material.
Once finished the design is onto sanding, framing, and finishing.
Can I have a design made in a custom wood?
Yes! Just fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Are the Designs Laser Engraved?
No. While laser engraving has its place, it does not give the depth that our designs contain.
Each design is precisely routed deep into the wood-grain in order to give a 3-Demnisional look.
How do I Hang the Design?
Each design comes ready to hang with keyhole slots in the back of the frame. Simply measure from slot to slot, screw/nail into desired location on wall (No need to find wall studs. ), and slip into key holes.
Ordering & Shipping
Processing Times
We do not keep stock inventory in our shop which means every order is made once placed. Production time will vary from 3-10 business days.
Shipping
Once production of your design is completed, your ordered will be safely packaged and shipped. Once shipped, you will be given a tracking number to track your design.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged Design?
Let us know as soon as possible and please photograph the defect/damage. We require notification within 7 days of receiving your design. You can email us and we will arrange for a return and replacement.
Not Satisfied?
You are able to return any of our designs, if you change your mind (though we don’t think you will!). If after receiving delivery of your map you want to return it, you can do so within 10 days, given that it is in it’s original condition and packaging. You will just need to pay for the return shipping costs and we will refund the remaining amount you paid.
